Our Hub is committed to creating an exceptional User Experience, Design, and Web/Mobile Development team that collaborates with the business to bring a dynamic digital strategy to life.The Role:We are in search of a skilled Mobile Technical Lead who is hands-on in development to help shape and execute a groundbreaking mobile banking solution in Asia. This role involves creating both in-country and cross-border solutions across all aspects of mobile banking operations, focusing on customer experience, product design, new service implementation, process engineering, and more. Success in this role will rely heavily on your expertise in risk management and technological innovation.Your responsibilities will include leading and mentoring engineers within cross-functional delivery teams to design and build top-tier mobile solutions while providing ongoing support for existing products.Your Responsibilities Include:Collaborating with technical leaders to set a clear vision for mobile engineering initiatives and developing state-of-the-art applications for Android and iOS platforms.Working closely with cross-functional teams to outline, design, and launch new features.Offering coaching, guidance, and mentorship to mobile developers for their professional development.Tackling bugs and enhancing application performance.Continuously researching and implementing innovative technologies to increase development efficiency.Participating in the project planning process for software development, ensuring that quality standards are met and deadlines are adhered to.Designing architecture for new products and features.Providing leadership and support to mobile developers, helping them achieve their goals and deliver high-quality code.

Key Responsibilities:Deliver comprehensive technical and functional support for the Partner Portal and PRM backend, including configuration, user assistance, and troubleshooting.Translate and refine business requirements from Channel, Sales, and Marketing teams into actionable technical specifications for IT and Development teams.Work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders including CRM, Marketing, Channel Sales, and Analytics to drive system enhancements and operational efficiency.Contribute to Channel Operations initiatives such as Cloud Marketplace performance tracking and SKU optimization.Assist in the preparation of user documentation and facilitate change management processes for partners.
