The Mitsis Group is currently seeking to fill new positions for our hotels in Kos:
Waitstaff A - KOS
Location: Kos
Employment Type: Seasonal/Full-Time
Ref: HO/SERAK
Purpose
As Waitstaff A, you will support all tasks related to the smooth operation of your station, ensuring high service standards, adherence to hygiene and safety protocols, and achievement of operational goals.
Responsibilities
- Prepare your station (mise en place).
- Familiarize yourself with the menu and wine list.
- Serve guests in accordance with the group’s hospitality standards.
- Organize and maintain cleanliness in your work area.
- Monitor supplies at your station and inform your supervisor accordingly.
- Communicate any issues to your immediate supervisor.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Tourism Education.
- At least 2 years of experience in Food & Beverage in a 4* or 5* hotel.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Familiarity with POS systems (order taking).
