Role Overview: As an Expert AI Trainer, your role will focus on lending and private credit expertise to enhance our AI training project. You'll be instrumental in developing training datasets that accurately reflect the methodologies used by credit professionals in underwriting deals, structuring facilities, and monitoring middle-market borrowers throughout the private credit spectrum.
Desired Qualifications:
3–8 years of specialized experience in private credit or direct lending, ideally within a BDC, direct lending platform, or credit fund (e.g., Ares Capital, Golub Capital, HPS Investment Partners, Blue Owl Capital, Apollo, Oaktree).
Candidates at the Associate, VP, or Director level are encouraged to apply.
Demonstrated expertise in credit underwriting, including financial modeling, covenant analysis, collateral assessment, and credit memo creation.
Experience in structuring first lien, unitranche, second lien, or mezzanine facilities for both sponsor-backed and non-sponsored borrowers.
A solid understanding of loan documentation, portfolio monitoring, and processes related to amendments and waivers.
Project Commitment:
A minimum commitment of 15 hours per week is required.
