You will uphold the Group's Customer Due Diligence (CDD) standards.Responsibilities include reviewing, assessing, and approving all applicable cases.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Manage daily KYC activities, ensuring the thorough review of KYC files and compliance with necessary checks and controls for final approval readiness.Conduct comprehensive KYC due diligence for new client onboarding, trigger events, or routine reviews.Verify that account opening forms are completely and accurately filled out.Perform and evaluate name screenings, due diligence, and adverse media matches as necessary.Review AML and sanctions questionnaires where applicable.Ensure the adequacy and completion of Customer Risk Assessments as required.Maintain appropriate checks and controls to guarantee proper file processing.Oversee the completion of high-risk entity files within established timelines.Escalate name screening alerts to the appropriate compliance and fraud advisory teams.Ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank regulations and FAB bank policies related to CDD, AML/CTF, PEP, and sanctions.Verify that CDD information and documentation align with bank policies and local regulatory standards.Adhere to GCDD, departmental SOPs, relevant checklists, and process notes.Maintain compliance with all internal policies and external regulatory requirements consistently.Support AVP and VP of KYC and onboarding as needed, addressing process-related challenges and implementing necessary actions.Provide training support to offshore teams and business segments as required.Prioritize tasks effectively, maintaining strong communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure KYC cases are processed through approved channels.Follow defined RCSA and identify key risk indicators (KRIs) as applicable.
