Role Overview: Key Account Manager - Team Lead/Account Manager - EMI (Ahmedabad)
This role focuses on expanding the EMI business in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The position involves brand mapping, coordinating with OEMs, and acquiring as well as managing ISPs to grow EMI volume and market share. Strong connections within the CDIT/CD industry are important. The ability to independently drive EMI volume and deliver consistent month-over-month growth is expected. Meeting monthly and quarterly EMI targets for both brands and banks is required. The role also includes building and managing the ISP channel, scaling business, and conducting market visits based on the Beat Plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth in the EMI segment.
- Expand market outreach and coverage across the assigned territory.
- Scale up business growth and meet quality targets.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Build and manage the ISP channel, including regular market visits.
Required Skills and Experience
- 3-8 years of relevant experience in sales or account management.
- Strong understanding of client needs and requirements.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Sales, Client Relationships, and Enterprise Sales.
- 6-8 years of sales experience required for senior candidates.
- Experience in Merchant Acquisition or similar industries preferred.
Other Requirements
- Willingness to travel for market engagement as needed.
- Ability to work independently and achieve assigned targets.
