We are on the lookout for a Software Engineer in Test (Level 3) who will take charge of testing initiatives for pivotal product domains and significantly contribute to functional and API test automation. You will be a reliable asset within our QA team, responsible for independently planning and executing testing activities, crafting comprehensive automated test suites, and collaborating across teams to ensure exceptional product quality throughout our enterprise platform.

Please note: This position necessitates close collaboration with teams across Canada, the UK, and India. To accommodate different time zones, you will be required to work from 11 AM to 7:30 PM IST.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end testing for designated feature areas, including test planning, execution, automation, and approval.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated UI test suites utilizing Playwright, focusing on reliability and scalability.
- Create and uphold API tests to validate backend services, integrations, and data flows.
- Engage actively in requirement reviews and design discussions to identify testability issues early on.
- Analyze test outcomes, troubleshoot failures, and collaborate with developers for efficient resolution of issues.
- Contribute to the enhancement of the team's automation framework, utilities, and shared libraries.
- Assist in defining and refining QA standards, best practices, and testing strategies within the team.
- Support release cycles with comprehensive regression testing.
