You will engage in hands-on field service work at client sites, primarily focusing on the installation of components and subassemblies, as well as basic commissioning of IEM equipment in data center or industrial settings. Key responsibilities include:Participating in project meetings and coordinating with contractors and clients as necessary.Installing and modifying electrical or mechanical components and subassemblies including panelboard interiors, circuit breakers, bus bars, switchgear section doors and subpanels, control components, power cabling, and control wiring.Conducting basic testing of modified assemblies (visual inspections, ductor tests, etc.).Performing basic commissioning on switchboards, control panels, and power products.Troubleshooting electrical circuits and networking equipment.Collaborating with the Technical Project Manager or manufacturing facilities to resolve product or commissioning issues identified by IEM or reported by the customer in the field, and determining additional field resources needed for installation and replacement parts.Executing preventive maintenance and modifications to existing equipment.Providing technical product support.
