As an Oracle PL/SQL Engineer at Bally’s Intralot, you will contribute to the design and evolution of the database architecture supporting our enterprise platforms. Collaborating closely with backend engineers, you will ensure seamless integration between PL/SQL logic and Java/Spring Boot services, delivering scalable and high-quality solutions that serve clients across global markets.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and views.
Work collaboratively with Java/Spring Boot teams to integrate PL/SQL logic into backend services.
Optimize SQL queries and database structures to enhance performance and scalability.
Assist in data migration activities, ETL processes, and system integrations.
Engage in database design, schema reviews, and code quality assessments.
Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues, production incidents, and database bottlenecks.
Keep technical documentation clear and up-to-date.
Contribute to the enhancement of development standards, code quality, and automation practices.
