What You’ll Do:
Sales & Leasing
- Convert leads into leases through engaging phone, online, and in-person interactions.
- Deliver impactful tours that identify needs, create urgency, and close deals.
- Proactively follow up and nurture leads to maximize conversion rates.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of pricing, availability, and competitive landscape.
- Achieve and surpass community leasing goals and occupancy targets.
- Implement strategies that drive traffic, increase qualified leads, and optimize revenue.
- Respond promptly to leads with a sales-first mindset.
Resident Experience
- Provide exemplary customer service, representing peak-made and your community with pride.
- Build rapport quickly and customize experiences for each prospect.
- Enhance resident satisfaction to promote renewals and referrals.
Community Operations Support
- Accurately complete lease paperwork and collect deposits.
- Maintain CRM accuracy and manage prospect data diligently.
- Ensure office presentation and model readiness.
- Assist in the execution of the annual turnover process.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of property offerings and competitors.
- Conduct market surveys as required.
- Perform various administrative duties as assigned.
- Support all move-in and move-out activities, including collecting deposits and fees.
What You’ll Need:
- 1+ year of sales or leasing experience is required.
- Proven track record of achieving sales, leasing, or conversion targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Yardi, Entrata, or RealPage is a plus.
- Strong follow-up discipline with evidence of multi-touch outreach (calls, emails, texts).
- Exceptional prospect satisfaction through timely follow-ups and personalized tours.
- Availability to work weekends and peak leasing hours.
