The People & Culture Coordinator plays a vital role in advancing our talent management and cultural initiatives, aimed at attracting, retaining, and cultivating a talented global workforce. In this position, you will work collaboratively across various departments to ensure that our talent strategies align with our organizational objectives while enhancing a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Management:
- Assist the Manager of Talent Management & Culture in the design, communication, and implementation of a global performance appraisal system.
- Act as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for the performance appraisal tool, managing system configurations and staying up-to-date with new releases. Propose strategies to optimize tool usage and liaise with the vendor.
- Generate insightful reports on the performance management process and outcomes.
Culture and Employee Engagement:
- Support the Culture Club team in crafting and executing engaging programs that enhance the employee experience for both in-office and remote staff worldwide.
- Oversee a calendar of global engagement events in collaboration with local representatives.
- Implement initiatives to elevate employee morale and job satisfaction.
- Administer engagement surveys, collect feedback, and utilize the survey tool to generate reports and insights for culture enhancement.
- Collaborate with Facilities Management to ensure an uplifting work environment across all locations.
Learning and Development:
- Deliver high-quality, innovative e-learning and blended learning experiences.
- Configure, manage, evaluate, and report on blended learning initiatives via our internal Learning Management System.
- Track tool usage and LMS features, providing reports on trends and developing action plans to address any issues. Serve as a subject matter expert and train users as necessary.
- Generate insights on the learning management system and various learning experiences.
- Assist in establishing career growth plans for employees.
Compliance:
- Stay updated on employment laws and regulations.
- Ensure compliance of talent management practices with legal standards globally.
Collaboration:
- Work with different departments to implement talent management programs effectively.
- Collaborate closely with HR teams worldwide to execute programs.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify areas for improvement in talent management processes and culture strategies.
