As a Senior Customer Insights Analyst on our Professional Services team, you will spearhead customer-focused initiatives, emphasizing technical and analytical projects for our most strategic accounts. By leveraging your expertise in FullStory, you will empower clients to achieve advanced data maturity through customized solutions tailored to their objectives. Your role will involve uncovering insights within the FullStory platform and educating clients on optimizing performance, enhancing engagement, and maximizing value. Typical responsibilities include:
Act as a consultant and advisor, fostering and maintaining trust-based relationships with clients who rely on our data insights and recommendations to generate tangible business value.
Engage comprehensively with new clients to assist them in executing specific business initiatives and enhancing overall product value and adoption.
Deliver targeted enablement engagements to new FullStory users from our most strategic clients, either virtually or on-site.
Utilize your consulting background to perform FullStory-driven analyses, synthesize data, and present insights across various industries, products, and use cases.
Provide actionable recommendations aimed at driving initiatives and enhancing digital maturity throughout our customers’ organizations.
Guide clients on best practices for boosting data maturity, crafting and delivering project plans that align with their technical competencies, timelines, and business goals.
Communicate technical deliverables and insights clearly to clients through emails and meetings, translating them into actionable opportunities for FullStory customers.
