Job Overview
We invite a seasoned and visionary Corporate Learning & Development (L&D) Leader to spearhead our training initiatives. In this critical position, you will shape and implement an enterprise-wide learning strategy, empowering our workforce with the essential knowledge, skills, and competencies that drive organizational success while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven history of designing, executing, and managing innovative, scalable, and measurable L&D initiatives across diverse teams.
Key Responsibilities
Define and advocate for a comprehensive L&D strategy that aligns with the organization’s strategic objectives, core values, and future talent requirements.
Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and department heads to identify and address critical skill gaps and performance needs throughout the organization.
Create a detailed roadmap for training initiatives, encompassing leadership development, new hire onboarding, compliance training, technical skills enhancement, and ongoing professional development.
Effectively manage and allocate the annual L&D budget to maximize return on investment.
Lead the design and development of engaging multi-modal learning content, including in-person workshops, virtual training, e-learning modules, blended learning experiences, and performance support tools.
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS) and other learning technologies.
Establish and uphold stringent quality control standards for all learning materials and instructional delivery methods.
Promote modern learning methodologies such as gamification, microlearning, and social learning.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of L&D professionals, including instructional designers, trainers, and learning technologists.
Manage relationships with external training vendors and subject matter experts (SMEs) to enhance internal capabilities.
Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making, continuous improvement, and professional development.
