Compensation Details:
In the following cities: West Des Moines, IA; Kansas City, MO; Charlotte, NC; Durham, NC; Nashville, TN; Omaha, NE: Expect a competitive on-target earnings (OTE) between $66,667 and $73,334 annually ($30,000 base + uncapped sales bonus) along with comprehensive benefits. Your compensation package includes a base salary and an uncapped commission structure. High-performing team members are recommended for promotion after 6 months, which includes an increase in base salary and OTE.
In these locations: Huntsville, AL; Mesa, AZ; Atlanta, GA; Austin, TX; San Antonio, TX: Enjoy a competitive on-target earnings (OTE) of $75,000 to $82,500 annually ($33,750 base + uncapped sales bonus) with benefits. Similar to the previous compensation structure, those on-target for 6 months may be considered for promotion.
Role Overview:
The Direct Sales Representative will focus on boosting the number of active paid residential customers in the market through direct door-to-door engagement. This position primarily targets residential homes but may also offer opportunities to assist with multiple dwelling units (MDUs). You will engage with potential customers outdoors, visiting homes to achieve your sales objectives. Collaboration with your team leader and peers is essential to cultivate relationships and enhance sales strategies.

- Building a robust pipeline of leads through proactive outreach.
