Position Overview
Knights Plumbing & Drain is seeking a proactive Business & Employee Development Coordinator who excels in high-energy environments and is passionate about fostering growth. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in developing training frameworks, enhancing employee development, streamlining internal operations, and propelling business initiatives. You will work closely with leadership to integrate people, processes, and performance, all while contributing to a mission-driven company that scales with integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Employee & Office Development
- Facilitate training programs for Customer Service Representatives, dispatch, and administrative personnel.
- Design and sustain onboarding protocols and career progression pathways for both office and field roles.
- Monitor employee performance metrics, KPIs, certifications, and development achievements.
- Assist in employee coaching, ride-along experiences, and tailored development plans.
- Organize meetings, training schedules, and internal development workshops.
- Champion culture initiatives that reflect company values, mindset, and individual growth.
Business Development
- Research and implement process enhancements to increase service efficiency and elevate customer satisfaction.
- Support marketing strategies by analyzing campaign performance and coordinating content initiatives.
- Contribute to special projects including platform integrations, market growth, and acquisition strategies.
- Generate reports and insights to aid leadership in making strategic decisions.
- Ensure collaboration between field operations, sales, and customer service teams.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Maintain standard operating procedures, training manuals, and development documentation.
- Support internal communication initiatives and company-wide announcements.
- Coordinate events such as team meetings, competitions, training sessions, and orientations.
- Assist leadership with follow-ups, scheduling, and execution of business objectives.
