Our environment consists of integrated enterprise systems including CRM, ERP, HCM, analytics, collaboration, integration platforms, and manufacturing systems, demanding a disciplined approach to change management, documentation, and compliance readiness.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and lead the QA strategy for Enterprise Technology, including defining standards, test planning, and quality gates throughout the delivery lifecycle.Actively manage QA operations: design, execute, and report on testing phases (functional, integration, regression, and UAT support) for enterprise applications and integrations.Establish and implement QA operating rhythms and governance: including test plans, entry/exit criteria, defect triage, release readiness, and post-release validation.Work in partnership with product and delivery teams to convert requirements and user stories into testable acceptance criteria and comprehensive test coverage.Create and sustain a QA toolchain (test case management, defect tracking, and reporting) and ensure its integration with existing delivery tools when applicable.Lead integration and end-to-end testing across enterprise platforms, including Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, MuleSoft/integration layer, MES touchpoints, analytics platforms, Slack/Confluence, DocuSign, and Ashby.Design and uphold regression testing methodologies to reduce production defects as systems scale and the pace of change accelerates.
