Position Overview: As a Senior Platform Engineer at Axiomatic, you will take ownership of the reliability, deployment, and operational excellence of our AI platform. This role will primarily focus on infrastructure, CI/CD, and operations, with additional responsibilities in automation and tooling development. Your Responsibilities Include: Leading deployment strategies and CI/CD pipelines across various environments. Architecting and maintaining multi-cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP) alongside on-premise deployments. Managing infrastructure as code using Terraform to automate provisioning and configuration tasks. Building robust observability systems encompassing monitoring, metrics, logging, and alerting. Implementing security measures, compliance frameworks, and data governance policies. Creating automation tools, APIs, and scripts (Python) to boost operational efficiency. Ensuring system reliability, performance, and scalability. Driving incident response processes, conducting postmortems, and fostering continuous improvement. Troubleshooting infrastructure and application issues across multiple environments. Your Mission: Deployment & CI/CD: Designing and implementing deployment pipelines for multi-environment releases (development, staging, production). Owning the complete deployment lifecycle: build, test, release, and rollback strategies. Executing blue-green deployments, canary releases, and progressive rollouts. Developing automated deployment tools and workflows to streamline processes. Ensuring zero-downtime deployments and effective rollback capabilities.
