Your Daily Responsibilities
As a Principal Java Engineer on our Football Backend Team, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and enhancing data-intensive backend services that support live football events. Your expertise will help manage data feeds, event-driven processing, and cloud infrastructure to deliver real-time insights to global football leagues and partners.

Key Responsibilities Include:
Develop, optimize, and maintain backend services utilizing Java (Spring Boot)
Contribute to design decisions for both new and ongoing projects
Work on football-related data pipelines that facilitate FIFA, Serie-A, and UEFA operations
Deploy and scale applications using AWS (ECS, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, etc.)
Enhance system observability with real-time monitoring and logging tools like Datadog
Engage in event-driven architectures to optimize service delivery
