You will spearhead engineering change reviews and 8D investigations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to address quality incidents and excursions effectively. Your role will also involve championing continuous improvement by ensuring follow-up on corrective actions, engaging in risk assessments (such as HIRADC, FMEA, EIA, and ROA), and supporting various improvement initiatives. You will be responsible for monitoring departmental KPI performance and providing technical mentorship to your team to meet quality objectives.
