Role Summary and Impact
We are seeking an innovative and detail-focused Commerce Performance Executive to aid in crafting impactful strategies across prominent retail platforms in the MENA region. This role is perfect for individuals who excel in fast-paced settings, possess a deep understanding of eCommerce trends, and can transform brand insights into captivating consumer experiences.
- Independently oversee campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization across all biddable commerce platforms.
- Implement state-of-the-art search structures and perform daily optimizations on campaigns to align with client KPIs.
- Collaborate weekly and bi-weekly with partners to ensure top-tier optimizations and platform updates in accordance with client KPIs.
- Leverage tools such as Pacvue and Helium10 to provide enhanced recommendations to clients.
- Compile and generate reports with actionable insights that propel improvements for the client's business.
- Conduct analyses on business performance trends concerning the client, their category, and competitors.
- Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly spend reports tailored to client specifications.
- Produce, utilize, and present appropriate historical results and insights derived from reports.
- Engage in benchmark reporting and analysis on new client campaigns.
- Contribute to team deliverables such as monthly reports, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and annual assessments.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client performance inquiries, showcasing strong client management capabilities.
- Monitor competitive activities and alert clients to any developments that may impact their business.
- Prepare status sheets for regular client meetings.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of each client's commerce operations, including business models, ROI, financial performance, and key success factors.
- Maintain up-to-date Amazon and commerce training certifications.
- Possess a solid understanding of all biddable commerce platforms.
- Manage the financial processes related to clients, including purchase orders (PO), billing operations (BO), and invoicing.
