WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Create Elevated Customer Experiences
· Serve as an authentic brand ambassador , confident, expressive, warm, and passionate about beauty.
· Engage with customers to empower them in their self-expression through makeup.
· Foster genuine connections, transforming shoppers into loyal KIKO advocates.
· Infuse energy, creativity, and positivity into every shift and interaction.
· Collaborate with the Store Manager to cultivate a high-performing, inclusive, and inspiring team culture.
Drive Performance & Commercial Success
· Take charge of key performance indicators such as Conversion, Average Transaction Value (ATV), Units per Transaction (UPT), and Sales Targets.
· Utilize customer insights and your inquisitiveness to spot opportunities for improvement.
· Share innovative ideas to enhance KPIs, customer engagement, and sell-through; your input is valued.
· Recognize how your performance contributes to the broader business success.
