Role Overview:The Civil BIM Modeller plays a pivotal role in the development and management of intelligent 3D models for infrastructure initiatives, focusing primarily on civil works such as earthworks, road systems, stormwater management, and utility layouts.Your Responsibilities:Develop and refine intricate 3D models of civil infrastructure, seamlessly integrating them into a Common Data Environment.Conduct clash detection to identify and resolve discrepancies among various design disciplines.Demonstrate proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D, Navisworks, and BIM360; familiarity with Autodesk Revit, Dynamo, and Python is a plus.Exhibit a willingness to learn additional design and modeling software, including 12D Model.Ensure precision in modeling in accordance with established BIM standards, while adhering to project Level of Development (LOD) requirements as outlined in the approved BIM Execution Plan.Collaborate effectively with Engineers and Project Managers to create, review, and deliver project outputs.The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work independently with moderate supervision and will be eager to enhance their skills and expertise in BIM modeling.
