Role Overview:
As a Senior Product Acceleration Specialist, you will play an instrumental role in propelling Okta's success through the deployment and implementation of innovative products. You will act as a trusted advisor to our Product and Go-To-Market (GTM) Field teams and clients, enabling them to fully harness the capabilities of our solutions.
We are in search of an experienced, passionate, and hands-on technical leader with extensive knowledge of the Okta platform and the broader identity landscape. You will be pivotal in shaping the design, development, and optimization of our products to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Customer Success, and GTM, you will identify improvement opportunities and propose cutting-edge solutions that exceed customer expectations. Additionally, you will focus on designing, building, and operating a lab environment to demonstrate integration patterns, strategic use cases, and create impactful demonstrations that inform our roadmap.
