About the Team
The Sales Systems team at Stripe is dedicated to creating measurable and scalable tools that revolutionize seller operations. As a key member of this team, you will lead a high-impact group focused on developing systems that facilitate prospecting workflows within our go-to-market strategy. You will oversee the technical direction and execution of tools and integrations that allow for timely, personalized outreach, efficient list generation, precise lead routing, and measurable pipeline development. This role bridges engineering, RevOps, Sales, Marketing, and Data, translating GTM priorities into robust systems that enhance the productivity and conversion rates of our SDR/BDR teams.
What You'll Do
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product, program, and business leaders to define a long-term vision and implement a sales systems strategy that effectively scales seller motions.
- Adapt prioritization and staffing decisions in response to evolving team, business, and user requirements.
- Design and develop exceptional Stripe-facing tools and critical services that support our sales channel infrastructure.
- Ensure our infrastructure is extensible, scalable, reliable, and meets Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for both external and internal users.
- Enhance engineering standards, tooling, and processes to foster continuous improvement.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performance team of engineers.
