We are in search of a proactive and results-oriented Sales Manager to spearhead our sales initiatives for one of Weekday's esteemed clients. This role is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, and requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
As a Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in devising and implementing effective sales strategies designed to elevate revenue growth and expand our market footprint. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of sales processes, client relationship management, and business development, demonstrating a proven ability to meet or surpass sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals and organizational objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with current and prospective clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Analyze sales metrics and trends to provide actionable insights for improved performance.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company offerings.
- Develop and present persuasive sales presentations tailored to client needs.
- Maintain precise records of sales activities and pipeline status using CRM tools.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to fine-tune sales tactics.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- In-depth knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in competitive markets.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Able to quickly establish rapport and maintain professional relationships.
- Self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
- Adaptable to evolving market conditions and business priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
