The Senior Bid Coordinator will closely collaborate with one or more Sales Directors to align with our overarching sales objectives, significantly contributing to our client relationship management efforts. This pivotal role demands a comprehensive understanding of our extensive service offerings and is instrumental in enhancing client satisfaction, managing accounts, and formulating sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitates the bid process by evaluating RFPs, crafting compelling proposals, and devising effective pricing strategies for clients. Utilizes proprietary tools to assess project-level feasibility for client bids and maintains our CRM tool with updates on submitted bids.
- Partners with Account Directors and Sales Directors to cultivate and expand client relationships, with a strong emphasis on generating additional revenue through successful sales closures, effective upselling, and managing client expectations throughout the delivery phase.
- Provides support to the Client Services Team during project delivery by supplying additional information and partner sources when necessary.
- Assists in preparing presentations and engages in other sales-related activities as requested by the Sales Director and Account Directors.
- Ensures compliance with ISO 20252:2019 and ISO 27001 standards.
