Your Role at Kittl: As our Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will take the lead in managing our paid acquisition strategies, focusing on revitalizing our Paid Search performance. You will be a key individual contributor, overseeing substantial monthly budgets to facilitate subscription growth effectively. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze and optimize Google Ads data to enhance campaign performance and scalability while continuing to drive success across social channels.
You will foster a culture of rapid creative experimentation, collaborating with design teams to provide high-converting assets that fuel our algorithms. Your expertise will shape our paid growth strategy, balancing aggressive scaling with precise CPA and ROI objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Enhance & Scale Paid Search: Take full ownership of Google Ads campaigns (Search, PMax, YouTube, Display), conducting deep analyses to restructure accounts for optimal performance and scalable growth.
Multi-Channel Strategy Management: Oversee and optimize extensive monthly budgets across Google and Meta, ensuring efficient resource allocation to maximize overall ROI.
Accelerated Experimentation: Lead the experimentation roadmap, implementing rigorous A/B testing on ad copy, creative assets, and landing pages to consistently enhance CVR and minimize CPAs.
Data-Driven Insights: Utilize advanced data analysis to extract actionable insights and guide marketing strategies.
