Senior Performance Marketing Specialist - Google Ads Expert
We are on the lookout for a top-tier Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to spearhead our Google Ads initiatives. This pivotal role within our User Acquisition department requires a seasoned expert adept at scaling Search, Display, and UAC (Universal App Campaigns) on a global scale. You will oversee substantial monthly budgets and be the mastermind behind our Google growth strategy, leveraging complex data to create high-impact campaigns that attract millions of users to Freecash and our partner projects. We need a 'strategic doer', someone who can craft a detailed long-term roadmap while remaining actively engaged in daily optimizations.
What You'll Do
Own the Google Ecosystem: Lead the strategy for our Google Ads, managing extensive budgets across Search, Display, Discovery, and UAC to achieve ambitious ROI and user acquisition goals.
Technical Campaign Excellence: Perform hands-on optimizations, deploying advanced bidding techniques, conducting thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and refining account structures for maximum efficiency.
Data-Driven Roadmap: Dive into deep-funnel performance analytics to pinpoint growth opportunities, convert insights into actionable strategies, and uphold a rigorous testing schedule for creatives and landing pages.
Process Engineering: Develop and execute scalable marketing procedures and reporting systems that enable swift decision-making and transparency across projects within the UA department.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our Creative team to refine high-performing assets and with our Data/Product teams to ensure accurate attribution and alignment with overarching business KPIs.
