As a key member of the International Paid Search / Whitelabels division, your contributions will be essential to our success across five markets. You will take ownership of your campaigns, actively enrich our team with innovative ideas, and participate in various country and cross-departmental projects.

Your Responsibilities
You will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing our performance online marketing campaigns, focusing primarily on Paid Search (SEA + Shopping).
You will develop performance marketing strategies and optimization approaches, ensuring continuous tracking of our performance campaigns along with ongoing analyses and reporting (e.g., business plans + forecasts).
Your hands-on mentality will engage you deeply in cross-functional workflows, supporting your team in solving complex automation and bidding strategy projects.
You will analyze business processes, validate hypotheses through testing, substantiate findings with data, contribute to the automation of our marketing efforts, and establish best practices within the team.
You will maintain close communication with Country Managers, coordinate with internal departments, and serve as the single point of contact for performance-related inquiries for your channel.
Finally, you will ensure our company remains a leader in the industry by continuously monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
