The Role:
The Floor Lead is an integral member of our store leadership team, responsible for driving the store's success by maintaining exceptional customer service standards, nurturing team development, and ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations. A prominent figure on the sales floor, the Floor Lead exemplifies excellent interpersonal skills and consistently embodies Mejuri’s core values. With a natural flair for motivation and teamwork, they inspire colleagues with a positive attitude, fostering an engaging and dynamic atmosphere for both staff and customers.

Customer Responsibilities:
- STACK: Set an example and validate the quality of the in-store customer experience by effectively communicating, training, and upholding expectations on Mejuri’s Steps of Selling.
- STACK Leadership: Optimize results and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by enhancing personal performance and the engagement of the team.
- Services: Guarantee a positive customer experience while promoting service offerings such as piercing, engraving, and other services.
- KPIs: OPH, NPS (85%<), SPH, STACK Leader Segment: Conversion and Sales Success.
Operational Duties:
- Inventory: Participate as needed in executing inventory and cycle counts monthly, ensuring teams have accurate stock levels.
