Role Overview
ZoomInfo is hiring an Enterprise New Business Account Executive based in Bethesda, Maryland. This role focuses on driving growth by securing new business within large enterprise accounts. Success here requires strong sales ability, strategic account management, and a solid grasp of MEDDIC sales methodology.
Account Executives at this level pursue new opportunities through both inbound leads and proactive outreach. Building detailed account plans is essential, as is understanding each client’s business challenges and objectives. The position calls for accurate sales forecasting and the ability to manage complex sales cycles, including stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
What You Will Do
- Lead the full sales process from first contact through closing, with a focus on long-term value for clients and ZoomInfo.
- Develop actionable account plans that align with client strategies and business goals, ensuring a thorough understanding of their operations and challenges.
- Handle high-level negotiations involving complex deal structures, working closely with legal, procurement, and executive teams on both sides.
- Balance client needs with organizational priorities to reach agreements that benefit both parties.
- Engage and align multiple stakeholders within large organizations to build consensus and foster strong business relationships.
- Communicate clearly with clients at all levels, including C-suite executives, to manage expectations and build trust.
- Work with Solutions Consultants, data services, and other internal teams to prepare proposals and lead cross-functional efforts throughout the sales process.
