We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Senior Proposal Manager to join our Engineering Presales team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in the presales process by coordinating client interactions, leading proposal development, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve outstanding presales results. Your expertise will also be instrumental in refining our presales workflows, ensuring that Dev. Pro delivers clear and compelling solutions tailored to meet client needs.

Are You the Right Fit?
- 4+ years of experience in presales or proposal management within the software services sector.
- Proven ability to manage the proposal lifecycle from qualification to submission.
- Experience in conducting discovery sessions, clarifying ambiguous inputs, and aligning next steps with sales, delivery, and clients.
- Skilled at transforming client needs and challenges into a coherent proposal strategy along with compelling value messaging.
- Strong background in coordinating cross-functional teams towards a unified proposal narrative.
- Proficiency in structuring proposal content to maintain consistency and quality, even under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional research skills across relevant industries, client contexts, competitors, and solution assumptions.
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and effective collaboration with technical experts.
- Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience in presentations and stakeholder interactions.
- Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and decision-making capabilities in dynamic presales environments.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience in delivering software products or projects as a Project Manager, Product Manager, or Business Analyst.
- Domain knowledge in the fintech, hospitality, or retail sectors.
Your Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Proposal Manager, you will support the presales process from start to finish by managing client interactions, structuring proposals, aligning internal teams, and effectively positioning Dev. Pro’s solutions to meet client expectations.
- Initiate client calls, qualify sales requests, clarify missing information, and ensure seamless communication.
- Document outcomes of client calls, including objectives, constraints, value drivers, assumptions, risks, and dependencies that impact proposals and pricing.
