Role Overview
We are in search of a Senior Graphic Designer with 5 to 7 years of experience, preferably in beauty, luxury, or lifestyle sectors, to spearhead creative execution across various platforms including packaging, retail, visual merchandising, and digital assets. You will report directly to the Creative Director, ensuring that all creative outputs reflect the brand's sophisticated aesthetic and strategic approach, thus enhancing the customer experience across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transform brand campaigns into cohesive narratives across packaging, retail, digital, and event spaces.
- Lead design initiatives for primary, secondary, and promotional packaging from concept to production stages.
- Create compelling in-store visuals, signage, planograms, and seasonal merchandising guidelines.
- Adapt retail concepts for digital platforms, including product pages and campaign landing pages.
- Oversee the planning and execution of displays for product launches, activations, and special events.
- Develop visual tools to enhance sales training and educational efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative, Marketing, Retail, E-commerce, Sales) for consistent storytelling across all channels.
- Conduct research on competitive retail landscapes to inform creative direction.
- Possess a strong understanding of materials and engineering constraints to ensure high-quality execution.
- Manage timelines for creative development and production to align with retail features.
- Supervise external vendors to maintain quality, budget, and brand integrity.
- Prepare production-ready files and technical drawings while ensuring accuracy and finish quality.
- Maintain organized asset libraries for internal and external use.
