Your daily responsibilities will include:Integrating sensors, actuators, power supplies, and control systems for diverse test benches.Manufacturing and validating cabinets based on electrical schematics.Creating ground and flight harnesses.Assisting design engineers in optimizing harness layouts and routing for our engines.Troubleshooting signals and electronic devices to address issues (e.g., data acquisition systems, valve drivers, power supplies).Conducting root cause analyses and implementing corrective actions to ensure system reliability.Working collaboratively with design engineers to enhance the performance and safety of test benches.Maintaining detailed records of system installations, debugging processes, and maintenance activities.Preparing technical reports and contributing to the development of standard operating procedures.QualificationsA diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).A minimum of 3 years' experience in electrical system installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.Proficient in using electronic equipment (e.g., DMMs, oscilloscopes, power supplies, DAQs).At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing wire harnesses or electro-mechanical sub-assemblies.
