As a Senior Technical Customer Success Manager focusing on OEM, you will be the primary technical and strategic partner for n8n’s Embed and OEM clients, organizations that seamlessly integrate n8n into their products and platforms.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between engineering, architecture, and business strategy. You will collaborate closely with product teams, developers, and technical leaders at partner organizations to ensure successful embedding, scaling, and maintenance of n8n within their applications.
You will guide partners through architectural decisions, integration models, and implementation best practices, while assisting them in optimizing their commercial models, licensing frameworks, and long-term product strategies associated with their embedded use of n8n.
This role demands both technical expertise and business insight. You should be comfortable engaging with engineers on implementation specifics (APIs, backend hooks, workflows, etc.) to drive success.
