Your primary responsibility will be to address complex client incidents:Communicate with clients following established proceduresRespond to client phone inquiriesResolve technical incidentsImplement necessary actions for the effective handling of requests, based on client subscribed service levels (configuration, lab, upgrades, etc.)Engage relevant personnel when technical expertise is requiredEscalate to direct management in line with procedures in cases of:Exceeding SLAOverloadAvailability issues within the teamNeed for additional skillsAny other reason necessitating managerial interventionPrepare and deliver timely reporting to clients, as per contracted servicesConduct client meetings (in-person or remotely)Maintain a high-quality relationship with clientsTechnically escalate incidents to management

Your key responsibilities include:SupportIdentify and confirm incidents after ruling out user errors or installation issues, and quickly deliver precise diagnostics.Provide timely solutions to clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.Oversee and facilitate the implementation of incident resolutions.Respond to client emails directed to our support mailing list: support@nomios.fr.Document and update relevant procedures, reference materials, and documentation.Continuous ImprovementCreate mock-ups to replicate incidents and devise strategies to prevent future occurrences.Test the functionality of the latest releases from manufacturers.Personal DevelopmentEngage in ongoing training, utilizing internal and external resources, to stay up-to-date with new techniques and equipment recognized by Nomios.Participate in integration projects to gain experience in client environments and production architectures.Organizational DutiesContribute to the scheduling of morning and evening shifts.Adhere to designated working hours to ensure timely response to client calls.
