This role bridges technical expertise and client engagement, supporting customers from initial design through system deployment and ongoing support. What you will do Partner with the sales team to develop and present tailored technology solutions for clients. Lead technical pre-sales activities, including designing systems and preparing Bill of Materials, diagrams, and Statements of Work. Translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences. Oversee the implementation of designed solutions after the sale. Document completed solutions and provide training to end users on system administration. Build and maintain relationships with manufacturer Solutions Engineers.
