You will collaborate with military instructors and TGA colleagues, primarily guiding the first three modules of the training. Your week will consist of lessons, preparation, observations, and facilitating exercises both on and off the barracks.Mentor aspiring officers during the AMO period (Module 1).Provide instruction on leadership, command execution, and military operations.Assist in field exercises and evaluate the performance of trainees.Conduct feedback sessions and draft concise, clear assessments.Collaborate with instructors from CLAS, KMAR, or CLSK/CLRS, based on your background.Ensure the educational continuity within the modules and coordinate with the military staff.Contribute to the preparation of scenarios and training programs.Work EnvironmentYou will be based at the Royal Military Academy in Breda. Your role will involve a mix of classroom instruction, outdoor training, and participation in field days. The team consists of TGA educators and military instructors, with regular weekly meetings and evaluation sessions. You will also engage frequently with other TGA colleagues on-site.
