The Flight Test Safety Manager is a central figure within the Flight Test organization, based at either the Bristol office or Kemble in the Cotswolds. This role supports the company’s Safety Manager and steps in as deputy when needed. The main focus is to ensure all flight test operations meet strict safety and certification requirements. Key Responsibilities Act as deputy for the Safety Manager as required. Represent Flight Test at important forums, including Safety Review Boards and Occurrence Report Review Boards.
