DataForce is an innovative and expanding service that provides high-quality data for Human Machine Interaction, catering to some of the most esteemed technology firms globally. Our team specializes in the collection, enhancement, and processing of training data for Machine Learning across various AI sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients in target markets to understand their business and technical needs.
- Qualify and quantify business opportunities.
- Lead opportunities from initial contact to successful closure.
- Ensure ongoing customer success and satisfaction.
- Develop and implement comprehensive business plans.
- Gain an in-depth understanding of client business and technical requirements.
- Become a subject matter expert in our products, processes, and industry trends.
- Manage business opportunities within TransPerfect’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with production and technology teams across diverse time zones and cultures.
- Generate and manage high-value, profitable business agreements.
- Monitor and manage KPIs, providing regular updates on account status, health, risks, and opportunities.
- Participate in tradeshows and contribute to marketing initiatives, including case studies and social media efforts.
- Provide accurate weekly forecasts and daily updates.
- Assist in creating and adhering to overall plans/budgets, maintaining the financial health of assigned client engagements.
- Facilitate communication with stakeholders regarding business and account management.
- Support the training and adoption of technologies and services for both internal and client teams.
