Qualifications: A university degree in IT with a minimum of 11 years of professional IT experience; Strong expertise in Java/J2EE; Advanced knowledge of Oracle and PL/SQL; Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Solr); Proficiency in tools such as CDI, JPA, Reflection, and Spring (MVC, Container, Scheduler, or QUARTZ Scheduler); Understanding of application design and SOA architecture as well as interoperability technologies; Experience with modeling tools and languages (e.g., UML); Proficient in Spring Security, Tomcat, Jira, and jQuery; Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., RUP, Agile); Competence in JSON/XML and HTML; Familiarity with middleware infrastructure and web servers, particularly WebLogic; Knowledge of ITIL standards and best practices will be considered an asset; Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
