- Organizing and executing nursing and caregiving tasks within the department
- Ensuring high-quality patient care and participating in its evaluation within the intensive care unit
- Communicating and collaborating closely with various internal and external stakeholders within the healthcare department
- Disseminating information and ensuring effective communication between intensive care actors and other departments
- Organizing team meetings to maintain cohesion and dialogue within the team
- Ensuring and organizing continuous training for staff
- Participating in the onboarding and integration of new hires
- Conducting evaluations, performance reviews, and absence meetings
- Participating in the implementation of new projects within the intensive care department and healthcare department
- Monitoring and guiding various working groups and projects within the department
- Engaging in multidisciplinary discussions within the intensive care department
- Developing personal skills, technical competencies, and expertise through continuous education
- Participating in institutional meetings
- Collaborating closely with physicians/intensivists
