Role overview The Senior Customer Success Representative for Named Accounts manages renewals for customer maintenance contracts within a dedicated territory. Performance in this role is measured by revenue bookings and the ability to exceed set quotas. Key responsibilities Achieve or exceed quotas for renewals and expansion within assigned territory.
