The Role

In your role, you will provide Application Management Services (AMS) to our Commercial customers, ensuring they make the most out of their Veeva applications. Your responsibilities will include understanding customer requirements, adjusting system configurations, activating new product features, and serving as a trusted advisor.
This is a full-time remote position that emphasizes collaboration and building strong relationships.
