2. Revenue Protection and Expansion
- Manage renewal strategies and execution in collaboration with Sales and Customer Success teams.
- Ensure that service performance aligns with contract renewals and upselling opportunities.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts (scope expansion, service upgrades, additional capacity).
3. Service Quality and SLA Oversight
- Define, monitor, and enhance SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs continuously.
- Ensure adherence to contractual obligations (availability, response time, resolution time).
- Conduct root-cause analysis and implement preventive measures for recurring issues.
4. Leadership in Customer Success and Adoption
- Lead Customer Success and Adoption teams to maximize product and service utilization.
- Ensure effective execution of onboarding, enablement, and ongoing adoption initiatives.
- Transform customer feedback into actionable improvement strategies.
5. Excellence in DevOps and Infrastructure
- Oversee DevOps processes to ensure stability, scalability, and reliability in releases.
- Manage cloud infrastructure performance, cost efficiency, and security.
- Ensure synergy between development teams and managed services operations.
6. Operational Efficiency and Cost Management
- Optimize staffing models for managed services and outsourcing initiatives.
- Balance cost, service quality, and utilization to safeguard margins.
- Drive automation and AI-driven operations (AIOps, self-healing, predictive monitoring).
7. Coordination Across Functions
- Collaborate closely with COO, PMO, and other departments to optimize service delivery.
