Envision Employment Solutions is hiring a Pre-Sales & Client Success Consultant for a respected partner in the software development sector. This position is based in Cairo, Egypt.
Role Overview
This consultant will guide clients from the first product demo through to post-sale engagement. The role includes shaping processes, templates, and communication standards as the team grows. The position supports both pre-sales activities and ongoing client success, focusing on clients in the Gulf region.
Main Responsibilities
Pre-Sales
- Deliver product demonstrations to Gulf-based prospects, both remotely and occasionally in person.
- Lead discovery calls to understand client challenges and qualify leads.
- Adapt demo environments and presentation materials to specific client needs.
- Support the sales lead in advancing deals, without direct responsibility for closing sales.
Client Engagement
- Act as the main contact for clients after demos and following the sale.
- Conduct regular check-ins, address feedback, and handle escalations as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in Gulf client organizations.
- Travel occasionally to Gulf client sites for meetings or onboarding sessions.
Internal Coordination
- Document client feedback and create clear briefs for the BA/PM team.
- Work closely with product and technical teams to align on client timelines and expectations.
- Keep organized records of client interactions, requests, and outcomes.
- Help develop templates and demo playbooks as the first person in this role.
Requirements
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, for communication with Gulf clients.
- 3–5 years in a client-facing role such as pre-sales, account management, or customer success.
- Experience leading live product demonstrations independently.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and follow-ups at once.
- Basic technical understanding, including SaaS concepts and APIs at a high level.
- Previous work with clients in the Gulf region.
- Background in a SaaS or software product company is preferred.
- Degree or relevant experience in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience working with product or technical teams.
- Arabic language skills are helpful for building relationships with Gulf clients.
- Familiarity with CRM or client management systems.
- Experience as the first hire in a role and setting up new processes from scratch.
