Detect and record any deficiencies or non-conformance issues during inspections and suggest corrective measures. Generate detailed inspection reports and deliver constructive feedback to stakeholders, including contractors and project staff. Ensure compliance with safety protocols throughout inspections and onsite operations. Keep abreast of the latest industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to mechanical systems. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior inspectors and technical personnel as required. Collaborate with various disciplines to adopt a comprehensive approach to project inspections and evaluations. Execute additional duties assigned by the management team.
