Position Overview:
We are on the lookout for a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to join our Delivery team. The successful candidate will spearhead client communications and oversee end-to-end project delivery, while designing and implementing innovative integration solutions that align with both technical and business requirements. This position necessitates close collaboration with clients, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to guarantee successful project delivery. As a technical delivery leader, the TPM will take ownership of all engineering workflows, coordinating efforts across teams to ensure projects remain on track and aligned with their objectives. This hands-on role requires the ability to directly contribute to technical implementations and problem-solving as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and enhance client communication throughout the entire project lifecycle, aligning various client stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Collaborate closely with clients, sales teams, and stakeholders to ensure optimal project outcomes.
- Gain a thorough understanding of the client’s products and business logic to recommend tailored solutions that meet specific needs, providing exceptional consulting services.
- Assume the project management role to ensure that client onboarding projects are executed as planned and remain within control.
- Offer technical expertise and leadership during implementation and deployment phases to facilitate integration with client systems.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure smooth integration of new features and technologies into existing systems.
- Stay abreast of trends in the financial services industry and emerging technologies to continuously enhance our solutions and offerings.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of proposed solutions to clients and stakeholders.
