You will have the freedom to choose the area(s) in which you wish to work and create your own schedule!Your Responsibilities:Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in children.Develop customized treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs and goals.Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions targeting communication challenges such as articulation, language comprehension, expressive language, fluency, and voice disorders.Engage in collaborative efforts with other healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists, physical therapists, psychologists, and educators, to ensure comprehensive care for each child.Supervise SLPAs and Interns, providing mentorship and guidance.Participate in bi-monthly staff meetings for ongoing professional development.Educate and empower families/caregivers with strategies to support communication and language development in everyday situations.Monitor and document progress regularly through ongoing assessments and adapt treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and clinic policies.Stay updated on current research and best practices in the field of speech-language pathology through continuing education and professional development activities.
