You will engage in the analysis, design, implementation, optimization, and enhancement of our satellite communication systems, which will ultimately shape our future constellation network, including inter-satellite and multi-orbit links. Key deliverables will include link budget analyses, system dimensioning for coverage and capacity (including traffic analysis and simulation), initial system design, coverage planning, frequency planning, and interference analysis with mitigation strategies.You will also support the iterative design and testing of our satellite communication systems' hardware, electronics, and software, collaborating with software-defined radios, single-board computers, FPGAs, SoCs, processors, LNAs, and filters. Your involvement will extend to payload antenna selection and design. In this role, you will develop, integrate, deploy, and maintain software systems that underpin Lynk’s ground station network, seamlessly connecting these systems within our broader Mission Operations Software environment.This hands-on engineering position focuses on ground station software, network interfaces, automation, telemetry, monitoring and control, infrastructure as code, and operational reliability.
