Role overview The Senior Satellite Flight Software Engineer will develop flight software applications that command and control Lynk’s satellites. This includes building software for command and data handling systems, as well as supporting both primary payload and secondary radio communications. Work involves testing software on satellite prototypes in labs that simulate orbital environments. The position also implements data acquisition processes to ensure thorough testing, verification, and validation of software. Lynk values engineers who can design, build, and test software quickly and effectively. The team looks for candidates who enjoy solving unusual technical problems and bring creativity to their work. Direct satellite experience is not required; systems-level software engineers interested in exploring new technical areas are encouraged to apply.
